Terms & Conditions

All class fees must be paid for regardless of attendance until official notice has been given to leave (2 weeks please) following my trail lesson.

From time to time Fusion Arts Academy may take photos / videos of their pupils to use on Social Media and for Advertising purposes. Names are only ever published with parents permission - for example, if a child has won a competition and they wish to be included in our wall of fame (our Facebook and Instagram Page), otherwise we don't ever publish any names with photographs.

Children are expected to bring a water bottle and hand sanitiser to all lessons and should only wear correct Fusion Arts Academy uniform for each genre.

If a child / parent is showing symptoms of Covid-19 they are to not attend classes but follow current government guidelines.

Children attending Acrobatics are required to either take Jazz or Ballet class with us in addition to Acro to work on the Dance side of the syllabus.

Uniform from other dance / stage schools are not permitted. Pupils on a trial are to wear comfortable plain clothes or dance attire. Hair must be tied back neatly in a bun for all lessons. All pupils must wear our correct uniform and have all of their equipment to hand for the classes they are attending. All ballet pupils age 5+ are required to have their own PBT equipment at every class (please ask Miss Jo for the details). All items of clothing / equipment must be clearly labelled.

We require all parents ; guardians to sign up (completely free!) to our Private Online Hub, Movitae (we will send you a passcode) as we have videos of all ATOD syllabus exercises for pupils to access at home as well as lots of other benefits. You will need to download the Movitae App or be able to access this from a home PC.

All pupils in our Festival Crew must adhere to Wightlinks Policy with regards to Sponsorship (full details were posted on Movitae - please let Miss Jo know if you require a new copy of the details).
