Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative conditioning programme designed to enhance ballet technique through targeted exercises that build core strength, stability, alignment, flexibility and muscle memory. Using equipment such as exercise balls and resistance bands, PBT helps dancers develop a deeper understanding of correct posture and movement patterns, supporting stronger, safer and more controlled dancing. Suitable for a range of ages and abilities, itโs a fantastic complement to regular dancr training.
Progressing Ballet Technique is a program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon to help students advance in all dance forms by training muscle memory. In addition to what we teach at Fusion Arts, we also feel this benefits children excelling at other sports for example, Ice Skating / Figure Skating or even Boxing!
